Employee Rights Consultations and Employment Document Reviews

Is your contact request related to an Employee Rights Issue or an Employment Document Review?

Please choose:

What Is Your Employment Issue?

We need information from you to decide if your situation is something we can help you with. This checklist will give us the basics. The name of your employer is required and if it is not filled in, we can read no further. We need your employer name because we are required to make sure we have no conflict of interest in taking on a case for you. The Rules of Professional Conduct do not permit us to take a case against a current client or usually, a former client.
  • When you provide this information to us, it does not mean that we think you have a case or that we will represent you in one. This information just represents the first step in the process of forming an attorney-client relationship.
