While in the Workplace, Can Older Women be Held Accountable for the Sexual Harassment of Younger Men?

The majority of co-workers employed at my company are older women with the exception of a few younger males which are in subordinate positions & paired closely with older dominant female personalities. The company has a sexual harassment policy but chooses not to uphold it when males become victims of a hostile working environment. The touching & feeling of the younger males is very common among the women in the workplace who never have to answer for their actions.

Answer:

Without question, men are protected from sexual harassment just as much as women are. Even if the company has a history of ignoring complaints, it is important to go through the complaint process as set forth by the company. At the same time, a harassed employee needs to seek legal counsel to advise them on what steps to take.
